Product Description
Advantages
This gelatin sponge provides rapid hemostasis with excellent biocompatibility, strong water absorption of at least 35 times its own weight, and stable performance with a 3-year shelf life under dry, ventilated conditions.
Usage
Before use, ensure the package is intact, dry, and uncontaminated, then disinfect the wound according to standard procedures.
Dry Method
Select the appropriate size, place it directly on the cleaned wound, cover with sterile gauze, and gently press until bleeding stops.
Wet Method
Select the appropriate size, soak it in sterile saline (or thrombin solution for patients with bleeding disorders), gently roll to fully saturate, squeeze out excess liquid, apply to the wound, cover with sterile gauze, and gently press until clotting occurs.
