5. Usage Instructions

5.1 General Guidelines

· Pre-use Check: Ensure sponges are clean, undamaged, and dry.

· Positioning: Prioritize stability, comfort, and no pressure points.

· Wedge Use: Place slope upward for angle support.

· Rectangle Use: Use for elevation, padding, and stabilization.

· Post-use: Remove gently.

5.2 Application Instructions

· Head Fixation (MFL2F02): Place head in V-trough; maintain neutral neck and open airway.

· Spine/Torso Support (MFL2F03): Position under torso parallel to the spine.

· Limb Elevation (MFL2F04): Place under limb for 15° supported elevation.

· Padding & Support (MFL2F05/MFL2F06): Use single or stacked to adjust height and fill gaps.

6. Cleaning & Maintenance

· Drying: Air dry only. Do not expose to heat or sunlight.

· Prohibited: Do NOT autoclave, sterilize, cut, or modify sponges.

· Replacement: Replace immediately if cracked, deformed, or damaged.
