1. Foam core.

2. Medical Grade Vinyl.
The three most common styles are used in our positioning pads.
(1) Standard Vinyl. The standard vinyl consists of electrically conductive materials that controls electrostatic discharge and accumulation of static charge which may interfere with sensitive electronic equipment. The standard vinyl is the most durable, so it’s a great choice for the wear and tear of hospitals.
(2) 2-Way Stretch Vinyl. The 2-way stretch vinyl is healthcare grade, fluid proof, anti-microbial and latex free, stain and tear resistant, and flame retardant. We can customize the color of your pads to fit the needs of medical professionals. It also improves patient comfort and can stretch in two directions.
(3) 4-Way Stretch Vinyl. Like the 2-way stretch vinyl, the 4-way stretch healthcare premium vinyl is also healthcare grade, fluid proof, flame retardant, anti-microbial and latex free, and stain and tear resistant. With ultra-soft feel and matte finish, it stretches in four directions.
